UK residents: self-exclusion is effective for a minimum of six months. After this period, reactivation requires direct action by the user through Vavada Support. Non UK residents: the period is user defined, after which the account is automatically reactivated unless you extend the exclusion by submitting a new request.

Consequences during exclusion

  • You will be unable to log in to your existing account or open a new account during the exclusion period.
  • You will forfeit any entry into promotions, draws or noncash prizes that were awarded prior to self-exclusion but have not yet been redeemed.
  • You will not be eligible to participate in games or place wagers on the platform during the exclusion period.

Cooling-off option

UK residents may request a separate cooling-off period to take a temporary break from gambling. Allowed durations are 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. During the cooling-off period, access remains restricted and the account is automatically reactivated at its end. Requests must be submitted via the Self-Exclusion page or by contacting Support while logged in.

Account closure and risk management

Vavada may, where it reasonably believes that continued gambling could cause financial or personal difficulties for the user, close the user’s account. The user must not create a new account. Any attempt to circumvent this measure is undertaken at the user’s own risk and Vavada shall not be liable for losses or other damages arising therefrom.
